Humorist Michael Pritchard is known for addressing tough issues with a comedic touch. His next speaking engagement has him tackling bullying in a way that only he can.
Pritchard will be at The Soper Reese Theatre in Lakeport, California for two shows on December 8. The 2 and 7 p.m. talks are free and the message will be particularly targeted to teachers, parents and children.
While both shows are open to the public, donations will be accepted at the door. Proceeds go towards helping Pritchard continue to talk about anti-bullying across the country.
Pritchard has a background in counseling and uses it when he talks about communication skills, anger management, diversity, conflict resolution and overcoming stress. He regularly works the school speaker circuit, preaching compassionate communication.
As a comic, Pritchard has shared the stage with Robin Williams, Jerry Seinfeld and Whoopi Goldberg. He eschewed offers from Hollywood because he wanted to continue to impact the lives of young people.
