Jennifer spent a decade as a leader in the finance world working for a Fortune 100 company. As a Leadership Development Trainer for Discover Card, she was responsible for writing, developing and delivering training programs that are, to this day, required curriculum for all levels of leadership. She took her expertise in the finance world and developed a program called Smart Investment Strategies for Women and presented that for seven years all over north America.  Through teaching, mentoring and coaching, Jennifer has been able to help tens of thousands of people manage their financial lives more effectively and gain more control, stability and freedom in their personal economy. Jennifer knows first hand what it takes to be successful in a perpetually evolving and highly competitive business and economic environment.

Today, Jennifer is a Life Coach and Relationship Expert that helps people create function, consistency, collaboration and respect in their families, communities, and teams.  As a Business Consultant, she coaches business executives on issues such as superior leadership and management skills, exceptional customer service, understanding the dynamics of implementing change, effective communication skills, and buildind strategic focus. Along with being a business owner,  Jennifer is also on the board of directors for Tumaini Safe House, a boarding school for girls in Northern Uganda, and she co-founded GirlZ On A Mission, which is a disaster relief organization that responds at first phase after a national disaster.  She was also granted a "Who's Who" award for being a Business Leader To Watch from the City of Long Beach, California. As a devoted mentor, Jennifer has dedicated her life to developing excellence in others. She has been a volunteer speaker for the Make-A- Wish Foundation and has done pro bono work for The Florence Crittenton Foundation to help young girls in crisis.
