Jeff Beals, the keynote speaker, is Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group, a commercial real estate firm in Nebraska and Iowa that provides brokerage and property management services to customers. He co-hosts Grow Omaha, a popular weekly conversation show on News Radio 1110 KFAB, with Trenton Magid. He also has a weekly television show on WOWT, an NBC affiliate, which he hosts. He has over 200 pieces published in national and local journals as a freelance writer. Beals is a member of the National Speakers Association as a professional speaker. He has been an adjunct faculty member in the College of Business Administration at the University of Nebraska at Omaha since 2003, where he teaches a real estate sales and leasing course. Beals was Dean of Student Affairs and Director of Enrollment Management at Clarkson College before entering the real estate industry in 2001. He served as an Assistant Director of Admissions at The College of Santa Fe in New Mexico from 1993 to 1994. Beals graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Master of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Journalism. In addition to his busy schedule, Beals makes time to volunteer in his community and his industry. Jack and Maddie, his two children, are the result of his marriage to Stephanie.
