Retired Chik-Fil-A Vice President Dee Ann Turner was a pioneer in developing the popular fast-food chain's customer service model. She will share some of the lessons she learned over a distinguished business career as the keynote speaker at the upcoming Longview Chamber of Commerce annual banquet. The event takes place on January 29 at the Maude Cobb Convention and Activity Center in Longview, Texas. There will be annual awards handed out in addition to Turner's presentation.
