Toni Roberts enrolled at the CIA and earned her degree there in 2005. Following her exploration of several cities' culinary landscapes, Roberts made her way to Chicago, where she first worked as pastry sous chef at Custom House before taking her present position as executive pastry chef at C-House. She is in charge at C-House of the creation and implementation of the dessert menu for the Affinia Chicago hotel's banquets, special events, and in-room dining.
