Sunil Gupta Biography

At Harvard Business School, Sunil Gupta serves as the Edward W. Carter Professor of Business Administration and Head of the Marketing Division. He is now presenting a choice seminar on digital marketing strategy. He has previously demonstrated ranking directors and first-year MBA students in the Advanced Management Program and the essential promotion course, respectively. The areas of advanced marketing customer evaluation and return on advertising investment are where Gupta's examination benefits reside. 1993, 2002, and 2009 O'Dell Awards, the 1998 and 2005 Paul Green Awards, 1998, 2000, and 2003 Marketing Science Institute grant for the best paper, the 2004 best paper grant for the Journal of Interactive Marketing, and the 1999 best paper grant for the International Journal of Research in Marketing are among the awards given for his articles in these regions. He has also received grants from the Marketing Science Institute for the best paper, the Journal of Interactive Marketing, and the International Journal of Research in Marketing. Sunil is a regional proofreader for the Journal of Marketing Research and a contributor to five important journals' article boards. Gupta coauthored two books. The Wharton School Publishing released his book, Managing Customers as Investments, in February 2005. It was selected as the winner of the annual Berry-AMA book prize for the best book in advertising for the year 2006. Additionally, Soundview Executive Book Summaries selected this book as one of the Top 30 Business Books of the Year in April 2006.
