Sloane formerly worked as a fundraiser and at a social good business prior to working with brands. Sloane began her career with Ernst & Young, where she assisted with the Entrepreneur of the Year program. She is originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and graduated from the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
