Samir Pandiri Biography

In 2005, he joined B.N.Y. Mellon as executive vice president and head of Asset Servicing - Americas. Samir was the C.E.O. of B.N.Y. Mellon Shareowner Services before taking on his present responsibilities. He successfully oversaw the sale of the company's equity administration services division to Computershare at the end of 2011. In addition, he was in charge of the division's operational and financial performance. Before this, he oversaw the Bank's Asia Pacific, EMEA, and Americas regions' International Corporate Trust business. Samir worked with JPMorgan Chase for 11 years in the corporate trust area before joining B.N.Y.NY Mellon. He has expatriate business management assignments in Hong Kong, London, and New York. Also, he spent four years working at Bankers Trust in New York, covering the corporate trust group'U.S.US Public Utilities and Global Project Finance' sectors. Samir is a member of the EMEA Management Committee, the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council, and thB.N.Y.NY Mellon Operational Committee. Samir graduated from Columbia University in New York with B.S.S. in Chemical Engineering, aM.S.S. in Chemical Engineering, and aM.B.A.A. in Finance.
