Her experience stems from sales and sales management as a First Vice President in the bank and brokerage industry, as State Investment Manager for California, she is responsible for the initial development of a major bank program in the golden state. At one point, she was responsible for the future success and compliance oversight of over 70 registered reps, office staff and multi million dollar budgets. On April 1999, She left Cal Fed Bank to start her own consulting business and hasn’t looked back ever since. Her stellar reputation launched her career as an industry consultant. She gets the job done by helping companies large and small to develop business, people and peak performance. She has coached and trained thousands of registered reps in the art of selling investments with success and integrity as an independent consultant.
