Over the next fourteen years, John held a variety of positions with increasing duties and obligations as he moved from Houston to Albuquerque, Phoenix, and eventually to Arthur Andersen's World Headquarters in Chicago. Beyond his numerous relocations, in 1996, at one of the shining examples and most rewarding times of his professional life, John chose to leave behind a professional firm and place he adored... to pursue his true dream of professional talking. It was a danger, a change, and a transformation all rolled into one! John is well-versed in adult education. Many of Arthur Andersen's best-rated courses were developed and published by John. His productive participation in these education programmes qualified him to help navigate the firm's global Training Advisory Panel for Practice Management Services. This Board was in charge of training over 20,000 of the company and its employees. He also oversaw the creation of Transitions, the firm's accomplished hire orientation program. It turned out to be one of the company's most successful Human resource strategies and top-rated programs in its history. John recognizes the importance of meetings that add value. John has served as the conference organizer. Working with both large and small budgets, he knew what was forgotten if a meeting didn't work... if it didn't deliver importance. His response? Simple.
