Candy Gibbs Biography

Candy Gibbs is the Executive Director of the CareNet Pregnancy Centers & Mentoring Programs in Amarillo Texas. She is the author of Rescue: Raising Teens in a Drowning Culture as well as Chosen and Pearls curriculum for pre-teens and teens and encourages hundreds of parents through her blog on CandyGibbs.com. CareNet Mentoring Programs spear-headed by Candy has over 20000 interactions with pre-teens and teens per month during the school year. Candy speaks regularly to teens and parents concerning issues of today’s culture.
Candy and her husband Brian make their home in Bushland Texas with their teenage daughter Madi. Their son Jake is a student at Texas A&M University; and their oldest son Tanner is a US Airman currently serving in Montana with their daughter-in-law and three precious grandchildren.
