Cohen worked in politics and administration for a twelve years after graduating from law school. During the Nixon and Ford administrations, he was the City of Boston's Washington Lobbyist, a position that needed great bargaining skill. His following job in commercial real estate development and management broadened his knowledge. Cohen has worked with people from over forty nations as a visiting business school lecturer in the United States and France. In seminars, he delivers consultation and negotiating training to business customers all around the world. Steve is the author of Negotiating Skills for Managers, which was published in 2002 and has been translated into other languages.
