Gregg’s first book, Bad Behavior, People Problems & Sticky Situations: a toolbook for managers and team leaders, was published in 2002 and has since become a business book best-seller and a favorite among HR professionals in the US and Canada. Gregg often says he’s lived three lives during his short time here on earth, first as a professional actor and award-winning writer, director and producer with New York and London credits. Then, in his second life, Gregg worked as a professional journalist, correspondent and arts critic in Europe serving such prestigious media outlets as The BBC, Scotland on Sunday, The Independent Newspaper and The Times of London. His last and current life involves delivering keynote and special presentations using professional actors for organizations all over the world.

A highly experienced Certified Management Consultant (CMC), Executive Coach, Mediator and Facilitator, Gregg holds a degree from Boston University, specialist certifications from San Diego State University, The National Conflict Resolution Center and is a certified DISC Instructor. He got his start in the 1980’s while serving as a special trainer for the New York City Police Department. From there he’s delivered his powerful message thousands of times across North America and Western Europe for companies, associations and government agencies such as ADP, Booz Allen Hamilton, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Depository Trust Clearing Corporation, Ford, HRPA-Canada, Harley-Davidson, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Qualcomm, SHRM, the US Navy and Warner Bros Studios.
