Previously Altarescu was Verizon’s Director of Product Marketing and sat on the board of the Berklee College of Music.
Altarescu also served as the US Director of Marketing and Director of New Market Development for Spotify.
Prior to that Altarescu was the Ignition Factory Marketing Director for Omnicom Media Group.
He was also the founder and general manager of his own talent management company Altarecu Management where he managed Silversun Pickups and Dawes.
Altarescu worked for Record Collection as a General Manager and Marketing Director and as an A&R Administrator for both Warner Brother Records and Maverick Recording Co.
