He later earned his Masters & Doctorate in Industrial Management/Training at the Ohio State University where he served on the faculty for 20 years. During the later 7 years of his university tenure, Charles worked as an economic developer with Ohio's governor and over 300 firms worldwide. This unique combination of experiences blend well to offer clients information that will enhance motivation and productivity long after the presentation is over.
