Warren Farrell was born on June 26, 1943, and is an American author of seven books on humans. His books cover twelve topics: history, law, human science, and legislative issues (The Myth of Male Power); couples correspondence (Women Can't Hear What Men Don't Say); monetary and professional issues (Why Men Earn More); child brain science and child guardianship (Father and Child Reunion); and adolescent to adult brain science and socialization (Adolescent to Adult Brain Science and Socialization) (Why Men Are the Way they Are and The Liberated Man). The majority of his writings are associated with gender studies; consistent to his books since the mid-'90s has been a need for a sexual orientation transition movement. By the mid-1990s, Farrell was writing that he thought wrong ideas about males had arisen and were threatening the longevity of families and love. He had spent the last five years questioning everything he thought about genders. The end result was The Myth of Male Power. In The Myth of Male Power, Farrell offered his first inside and out layout of the proposition he would weave through his subsequent books: that for people to make a transformative move from an emphasis on endurance to an emphasis on harmony between endurance and satisfaction, what was ultimately critical was neither a ladies' nor a men's development, but a sexual orientation change development. He defined a sex advancement development as one that fosters a transition from inflexible employment of the past to increasingly adaptable jobs for the future.
