Tiffany Jana is a co-founder of the diversity and inclusion management consulting company TMI Consulting Incorporated. It was given the charity B Lab's 2016 Best for the World award. Erasing Institutional Bias: How to Create Systemic Change for Organizational Inclusion, co-authored by Jana and Ashley Diaz Mejias, was published in 2017. Mejias and Jana concentrate on workplace prejudice in their book and provide readers with advice and case studies on how to combat it. As a co-author of Overcoming Bias: Building Authentic Relationships across Differences, she is also an author. Together with Matthew Freeman, she co-wrote the book. As part of TEDxRVAWomen in 2012, Jana delivered a TED presentation titled "The power of privilege." Jana received two awards in 2013: the Women Worth Watching award from Diversity Journal and the Style Weekly Top 40 Under 40 award. She also received Enterprising Women magazine's 2017 Enterprising Women of the Year Award. Jana was ranked among the Top 100 Leadership Speakers for 2018 by Inc. magazine.
