Steven Livingston is a Professor of Media and Public Affairs and International Affairs at The George Washington University, as well as a Senior Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School's Carr Center for Human Rights Policy. He investigates the role of innovation in governmental concerns and strategy forms such as human rights monitoring, disinformation crusades management, and open goods supplying.
