Shervin is also a co-founder and the first Executive Chairman of the transportation startup Virgin Hyperloop One. From 2013 till the end of 2017, Shervin was the general partner of Sherpa Capital Fund I, Sherpa Capital Fund II, and Sherpa Everest I, where he helped raise and invest nearly $650 million in the three funds. Shervin is a top-ranked venture capital investor, with a return on investment of more than 73x. Shervin was named #93 on Forbes' 2017 The Midas List for the top 100 venture investors, having previously been included in the Midas List top 100 venture capitalists list in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017. Shervin has previously served on the boards of Uber (where he served as a Board Observer from 2011 to 2015 and as a Strategic Advisor), Wag Machine Zone Cue Health Munchery Pillpack (Board Observer, and others). He has donated to several causes and worked on charity boards such as Build.org (together with others like as Jack Dorsey) and as an advisor to the Malala Fund.
