Riley Crane Biography

Riley Crane is a senior postdoctoral fellow in the Human Dynamics Group at M.I.T's Media Lab and a Branco Weiss Society in Science fellow. His research is centered around uncovering hidden patterns in collective social behavior. He has a background in physics and has spent several years quantifying human behavior and social interactions, applying his models to a wide range of systems such as YouTube and humanitarian responses to natural disasters.
