Hytner's work draws on provocative research from psychology and academia. His book and ideas have been featured in publications such as The Financial Times, Forbes, The Guardian, Fortune, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post. Hytner also contributes articles to the Huffington Post on the relationship between leaders and their deputies. Hytner is a Cambridge Law graduate and a Sloan Fellow from the London Business School. He currently serves as an adjunct professor of marketing at the London Business School and resides in London.
