Nadia Giosia is the former host of the web series turned television show called Nadia G.'s Bitchin' Kitchen on the Cooking Channel. Following the show she starred in a new series on the Cooking Channel called Bite This with Nadia G. In 2013 she appeared in season three of Chopped All-Stars and in 2014 she was a participant in Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Superstar Sabotage. She has also appeared on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern and Iron Chef America.Trained at the Culinary Institute of Hard Wooden Spoon Whacks Giosia grew up in a boisterous Italian family that never quite gave up the belief that Casalinga-style cuisine is the center of the universe.
