The Odyssey retrieved 110 tonnes of silver bullion from the SS Gairsoppa, making it the biggest and deepest shipwreck rescue ever. Gordon established, owned, and managed four separate businesses before joining Odyssey, including Synergy Networks, which he launched in 1993 and later sold to the Rockefeller Group, where he served as President until 2004. He understands the pressures that come with taking risks and running businesses.
