Coming back to Brazil Leticia got a BA in financial aspects and worked quickly in funds. She at that point decided to change courses and followed her fantasies to seek after a vocation in the culinary business. She moved to New York in 1997 and enlisted and the French Culinary Institute where she graduated with degrees in both Culinary and Pastry Arts. She proceeded with her preparation cooking at unbelievable New York eateries, for example, Le Cirque 2000 La Grenouille La Caravelle and Payard Patisserie and Bistro."
