Kyla Pratt is a Southern California native who began performing at an early age. Kyla's early acting career established her as a real millennial icon! Kyla was a popular child star, from her main part on Disney Channel's The Proud Family through One On One (which is presently streaming in its entirety on Netflix) to her starring roles in the beloved Dr. Dolittle franchise. Pratt's early roles, which included both animated and cinematic teenage characters, were always vocal, sympathetic characters that embraced real feminism, coming of age, and black culture. You might recognize her from feature films like Love & Basketball, Fat Albert, and Hotel For Dogs. Pratt has progressed from a kid actor to an adult actress since her early performing days! Pratt's charitable interests center on children's and adolescent mental health, as well as inspiring young women.
