Fields opened Willa Jean in New Orleans Louisiana in 2015. The restaurant combines pastries and traditional comforting soul food. It has earned national recognition and before winning the Outstanding Pastry Chef Award in 2019 Fields was nominated for the award for four consecutive years. Previously Fields was an executive pastry chef at BRG Hospitality
