Kari Jobe is a contemporary Christian music singer-songwriter and a worldwide worship leader. In February 2009, Jobe, who is located in Dallas, Texas, released her debut studio album, the eponymous Kari Jobe. The album, which featured inspirational songs co-written by Chris Tomlin and Paul Baloche, among others, was an instant hit, reaching #3 on the Christian albums list and appearing on Billboard's Top 200, as well as earning her two Dove Awards from the Gospel Music Association. Her sophomore album, Where I Find You, debuted at number one on the Christian charts and garnered her a Grammy nomination. Jobe's third studio album, The Garden, was published in 2017, and it was a hopeful set developed after a personal loss: her sister, who was pregnant at the same time as Jobe, gave birth to a stillborn child seven and a half months into her pregnancy. Jobe and her husband, Cody Carnes, a fellow CCM singer, released the track Cover the Earth in 2018. Cover the Earth peaked at #29 on Billboard's Hot Christian Songs list.
