He has written and presented documentaries for BBC Radio 4 and is a regular guest on BBC News 24's "The Papers". Previously he worked at the Economist Intelligence Unit in New York and the European Parliament in Brussels. He was the 2010-11 Michael von Clemm Fellow at Harvard University's government department and holds a First Class degree in Modern Languages from Oxford University.
