Jan Fields is the former president of McDonald's USA, LLC, and one of the most widely recognized women in business leadership.

Ms. Fields incredible career story started with French Fries in a McDonalds restaurant in Dayton, Ohio in 1978. Her hard work and dedication took her through all levels of the company, from restaurants to management and into the executive suite. Before leaving McDonalds USA, Ms. Fields was responsible for the strategic direction and overall business results of the 14,000 McDonalds restaurants throughout the United States.
