Mumbai as Senior Vice President (M&A Private Equity Advisory and WMS) where he was engaged in business and financial structuring and restructuring of several companies-positioning them for attracting private equity investment-balancing considerations of risk-return of PE investors macro and industry factors business fundamentals shareholding and management control issues and playing an active role in investment negotiations.
