For nearly 11 years Nirmal has honed and leveraged rich experience in jumpstarting operating and managing IT services companies. Currently as Vice President of Global Delivery at TESCRA he manages the project and services delivery at TESCRA. With an overall P&L responsibility he heads multiple IT practice and delivery teams. His work has involved growing business in new geographies including North America Europe and Africa. As a co-founder and member of the management team he is also responsible for driving and overseeing the growth of the business developing new business lines and ensuring that the company has the right support base processes and procedures to sustain its growth initiatives. Previously Nirmal has worked on various software development projects with Advanced Technology Labs in India as well as in the US. As an Associate Vice President he spearheaded global education and certification programs at ATL. He has also helped several internet and software product companies in managing their product engineering groups.
