Mr. Emil Michael worked as Tellme Networks, Inc.'s Senior Vice President Field Operations. He joined Tellme in June 1999 and has served as director of business and corporate development, vice president of client development, and acting general counsel. Mr. Michael oversaw Tellme's client growth, account management, and solution delivery teams. He came to Tellme from Goldman Sachs, Inc., where he worked as an associate in the investment banking department for communications, media, and entertainment. Mr. Michael worked on many equity and bank loan financings while at Goldman Sachs. He also worked on merger and hostile takeover advice projects for many Fortune 100 customers of Goldman Sachs. In Cambridge, Massachusetts, he began his work as a strategy consultant at Gemini Consulting's converging markets laboratory. Mr. Michael earned a bachelor's degree in arts from Harvard and a law degree from Stanford University.
