Anthony Robles was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona, without his right leg, but from  the moment he was born, his spirit was unbreakable and his family’s support was unwavering, and he didn't let his circumstances define him. During his high school days Robles was a very good wrestler and won two Arizona State Championships. He also went to Arizona State University and did the same by winning the 2011 NCAA Wrestling Championship in the 125 pound weight class while being a freshman.In addition to his athletic accomplishments, Robles has also made it his mission to inspire others through his story. His work goes beyond the wrestling mat as well, for he mentors young athletes and speaks to diverse groups of people, from schools and corporations to community organizations. He has a  way of connecting with people that has made him a popular motivational speaker.
