It was a dream come true for Rudy to tackle the opposing team’s quarterback in the last minutes of a game. He became the incarnation of hope and tenacity for millions of people all over the world. The 1993 biographical film *Rudy* based on his story has since become a cult film and has touched the lives of many people.
