Award-winning journalist Roland Martin is one of the leading speakers on issues that affect black America. This month, he will be in Decatur, Georgia to speak at a banquet honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The 33rd annual event on January 18 takes place at the Decatur Conference Center and Hotel. This year's theme is #SeeMeITooAmAmerican, a topic Martin is sure to have some strong comments about. This fall, Martin launched a new online show called #RolandMartinUnfiltered. He is also a senior analyst for the national Tom Joyner Morning Show. Martin is the author of three books. On four occasions, Ebony Magazine has named him one of the 150 most influential African Americans in the United States.
