Yochai Benkler Biography

Yochai Benkler, a law professor, has been dubbed the "leading intellectual of the information era" by Larry Lessig. He researches the commons, which include shared places like the radio spectrum as well as our collective bodies of knowledge and how we access and modify them. His most recent publications (such as his 2006 book The Wealth of Networks) address the impact of internet-based information generation on our lives, thoughts, and laws.
