The HFN Business & Hi-Tech Groups, which specialize in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, and associated corporate affairs, are co-chaired by Yair Geva. In 2014, Yair was named one of the top practitioners in the field of HiTech M&A by Chambers Global Guide and Legal500. Magna cum laude to Yair for receiving his LL.M. from New York University and his LL.B. from Tel-Aviv University, where he also served as a research assistant and editorial board member of the Tel Aviv University Law Journal. Yair finished his studies in Chinese at Tel Aviv University. He was granted legal admission to practice in Israel and New York in 2003. He is the Chairman of the Israel-Singapore Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Israel-Asia Chamber of Commerce's Executive Committee.
