Currently serving as a Distinguished Senior Fellow with the Harvard Negotiation Project is William Ury. He co-authored Getting to Yes, an eight-million copy bestseller that has been translated into over 30 languages, together with Roger Fisher and Bruce Patton. He is the author of The Power of a Positive No (2007). Its influence on how professionals, instructors, academics, and the general public approach negotiation is unmatched by any other work in the discipline, according to the National Institute on Dispute Resolution.
