Ron Samuel Pearson is an actor, comedian, and world-record juggler from the United States. He began his career as a stand-up comedian in nightclubs, serving as a warm-up act for a variety of performances. He went on to star in the sitcoms Mama's Family, They Came from Outer Space, and Brother's Keeper, as well as tiny appearances in the movies Midnight Cabaret and Lena's Holiday. He was also one of the youngest emcees in game show history when he presented the syndicated kids game program Skedaddle for six weeks in 1988. Between 1996 and 1998, he presented the game program Shopping Spree on The Family Channel, which was developed by Jay Wolpert. Pearson's big break came in 1998 when he was hired as bartender Doug Brickous in the comedy Malcolm and Eddie, a position he retained until the show's termination in 2000.
