Wes Nichols, co-founder, and CEO of MarketShare Partners LLC, is one of the industry's most renowned experts in key showcasing and advertising responsibility. Prior to founding MarketShare, Omnicom Group (NYSE: OMC) recruited Wes to head TBWA/TEQUILA, a computerized showcasing organization with a global presence and a sister company to TBWA, one of the most renowned public relations firms in the world. TEQUILA, which was founded in Paris 18 years ago, is a $1.4 billion, 1,400-person organization that offers services in 40 countries. Wes was purchased in order to launch a North American system and give it a global boost. As a result, TEQUILA presently collaborates with many different global businesses. Prior to that, he served as the founding member and managing partner of Direct Partners, which he helped build without any planning for one of the largest and most active direct and computerized offices, with locations across three countries and over $400 million in billings, which was offered to Omnicom Group in 1999. Companies including EarthLink, Pfizer, Nissan, DIRECTV, and Disney were clients of Direct Partners. One of the most innovative computerized companies in the industry and a recipient of the Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Companies award is DP. Wes serves on the advisory board of Canoe Ventures, a company that was founded by Comcast, Cox, Time Warner Cable, and others to develop and distribute advanced TV programming. Wes also serves on the advisory boards of MASB, an organization dedicated to promoting responsible standards and practices, and Wharton's Future of Advertising Global. Wes joined and registered from Randolph-Macon College and Johns Hopkins University with degrees in business and psychology, respectively. Wes is a functional Young Presidents Organization (YPO) member.
