DDB North America's chief executive officer is Wendy Clark. She worked for Coca-Cola North America as a client before leading the Sparkling Category Business Unit and the Strategic Marketing department, which included Brand Strategy and Innovation, Media Connections, Investments and Assets, Content, and Design. She then joined DDB in January 2016. Wendy was ranked as the top woman in 2010 (#15) in FORTUNE's "40 Under 40" issue in both 2009 and 2010. She was also one of FORTUNE's four "Women to Watch." Clark was also featured in FORTUNE's "40 Under 40" issue in 2009 and 2010, where she was ranked as the highest woman in 2010 (#15). Clark's accomplishments were acknowledged in 2007 when she was admitted into the American Advertising Federation's Advertising Hall of Achievement. FORTUNE also named her one of four "Women to Watch." Additionally, in its "Women to Watch" 2007 issue, Advertising Age listed Clark as "one of the most significant women in marketing." Clark sits on the board of trustees for the Atlanta International School, the Ad Council, and the American Advertising Federation. He also serves as a board director for The Jack & Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation. She graduated from Florida State University with a BA in English, and she now resides in Atlanta with her husband and three kids.
