In September 2004, Wendi Trilling was promoted to Executive Vice President of Comedy Development at CBS Entertainment. She answers to CBS Entertainment Chairman Nina Tassler. In 1990, Trilling began working for CBS in the department of current programs. In 1992, she received the title of Manager of Comedy/Drama Series Development, and in 1993, she received the title of Associate Director of Comedy Development. She was promoted to Senior Vice President of Comedy Development in June 2000 after being designated Vice President in 1997 and Director of Comedy Development in 1994. The programming executive Trilling was in charge of developing and promoting CBS's iconic satire "Everybody Loves Raymond" as well as the network's top comedies, such as The King of Queens, HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, TWO AND A HALF MEN, and others. The most popular new satire from the previous season, THE MILLERS, as of late, as well as the highly acclaimed MOM. THE BIG BANG THEORY MIKE AND MOLLY 2 BROKE GIRLS.
