Viola Llewellyn is the President and Founder of Ovamba Solutions Inc. Ovamba is a multi-award winning African TradeTech organization that creates socially responsible innovations to help formal and informal African SMEs in the exchange and goods categories. Ovamba's solutions combine innovative Sharia-compliant structures with eCommerce coordinating administrations and innovation to boost monetary consideration and enhance growth. Ms. Llewellyn oversees Ovamba's innovation advancement, critical execution speculator exchanges, and global business development. In June of 2018, Ovamba was named a Global Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum, securing a two-year Ambassadorship and a seat at the prestigious Davos Summit meeting. Ms. Llewellyn's previous experience includes developing a $50MM catastrophe protection venture support for a Washington, DC-based protection speculation business, where she oversaw speculator correspondences and resourced the board divisions. She has worked for companies such as Unisys Corporation, IBM, KPMG Consulting, BearingPoint, and Rothschild's. Ms. Llewellyn was named one of just 34* Black women in the United States to have raised more than $1 million for an innovative group in the Digital Undivided Report. This equal earth-shattering achievement was later recognized in the April edition of Vanity Fair Magazine and obtained by Hidden Figures writer Margo Lee Shetterly. She was named to Innovate Finance's Women in FinTech Power Lists in 2016 and 2017, as well as The Innov8tiv's Top 50 Visionary Women in Tech to Watch in 2017. Ms. Llewellyn is also known for being the first female African tech founder to speak at both the Slush Helsinki and Slush Tokyo annual events, which are billed as the largest social gathering of trend-financiers, setter's new enterprises, and business professionals in Europe and Asia, respectively. She gave a TED Talk as part of the Reboot Series with Boston Consulting Group in late 2018."
