She appeared as a guest in three consecutive scenes of the NBC-TV production Providence in 2000 and appeared as a guest in a scene of the critically acclaimed David Kelley production The Practice for ABC-TV. Victoria was born on January 3 in Fukuoka, Japan, to an Air Force family who relocated often throughout Victoria's childhood. Her travels brought her to Florida, Georgia, Puerto Rico, and London. Victoria spent a lot of her time in England focusing on the Royal Academy of Ballet. She was at that time the only American ever admitted to that illustrious institution. An introverted teen who became an even more bashful high schooler, she frequently found herself distracted by the fantasies of literature, the theatre, and movies.
