Victor Ochen Biography

Victor was born a twin to his working guardians, members of the Lango ethnic group from the Lira region of northern Uganda, on September 16, 1981. Victor spent his childhood in disputes in his hometown of Abia, much like the bulk of the local children. One of the strongest young people who overcame the difficulty by using his youth's obstacles as an opportunity to reinvent himself to bring about good change is a grassroots lobbyist, human rights champion, and all-inclusive perceived young person. As a result of the Lord's Resistance Army's operations in Uganda, which Victor personally experienced, he made the decision to protect peace even though it was not well recognized. "I have often reminded my related children that the war has been destroying for a very long period, and we have all achieved unpleasant results. Whether or not we have been tortured, we must not be one. Victor adjusted to the situation and created an elective vision of expectation despite overpowering sadness rather than obtaining a weapon to exact revenge on his lost relatives who were paralyzed by pain or felt miserably impeded by the desperation of experiencing childhood in the displaced person camp. He quit school after Primary 2, staying in the outcast camp for a protracted period of time without thinking. After a brief period of stability, he resumed tutoring, forwent considering the third and fourth grades, and immediately began the fifth grade of his primary education. He made the incredible decision to complete his undergraduate degree in five years rather than seven, which was an unthinkable and tremendous leap. He astonishingly became a star understudy by receiving the highest ratings to enter the school. I told my mother that I needed to focus on the next level with every open door, thus I couldn't go over a lesson again because it wasn't a step forward.
