Vic Strecher, Ph.D., MPH, is a professor and the director of innovation and social entrepreneurship at the University of Michigan's School of Public Health. Vic Strecher has been a pioneer and visionary in the health and well-being sectors for more than 20 years, developing novel solutions that work at the nexus of behavior change research and cutting-edge technology. Vic, a well-known scholar, and prosperous businessman have developed a love for linking academic research to real-world applications. Vic founded Health Media in 1998, a leader in web-based "digital health counseling." The business established a new standard for the delivery of scalable lifestyle and condition management programs. Johnson & Johnson purchased Health Media in 2008.
