Ty was a consultant in the Media and Entertainment practice at LEK Consulting in Los Angeles prior to joining JL Ventures, where her client work centered on operational research of content distribution and new media strategies. She has had positions with RealNetworks in Seattle and Ascent Media in Los Angeles.
