Tracy Brown is the author of Breaking the Barrier of Bias, 71 Ways to Demonstrate Commitment to Diversity, several audio-learning programs, including Diagnosis Diversity and President of Diversity Trends, LLC. Tracy has worked with clients from community-based non-profit organizations to Fortune 500 companies since 1991. She challenges audience members through her business to use clarity and courage to achieve powerful cross-cultural connections, guides organizational efforts to integrate diversity with strategic planning, marketing and daily operations, help individuals develop and demonstrate the skills required to be effective in multicultural settings. Her previous clients include but isn’t limited to Saxon Mortgage, Dr Pepper Snapple, California Pacific Medical Center, U.S. Department of Energy, Texas Health Resources, Harvard University, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway Inc., Denton Area Texas Credit Union, Northeast Human Resources Association, etc. Tracy graduated from Ottawa University and for her graduate studies, she enrolled at Northern Illinois University and completed her Health Care Executive Program at Stanford University.
