In 2017, as he celebrates more than 50 years as a cherished entertainer, Tony embarks on a tour of live musical performances around the country. Tony collected a staggering amount of prestigious awards in 2016. The Ellis Island Medal of Honor, one of the nation's most prestigious awards; The Bob Hope Award for excellence in entertainment from the Congressional Medal of Honor Society; The Jukebox Artist of the Year Award from the Amusement and Music Owners Association of New York; The Casino Entertainer of the Year Award; and the "Best All Around Entertainer" Las Vegas award, which he has won a total of four times and previously three times in Atlantic City. Tony was elected Honorary Chairman at the 40th Anniversary of the NAM-Homecoming POW's Celebration at the Richard M. Nixon Presidential Library in 2014 as a result of his persistent work on behalf of our veterans. He is the Honorary Chairman of Snowball Express, an organization that helps the children of our deceased military heroes, and he is on the board of directors for the Eisenhower Foundation. Tony also organizes the Congressional Medal of Honor luncheon, which is held annually in Dallas to recognize the winners of the Medal of Honor. He has also performed the role of Master of Ceremonies for the Pentagon's Secretary of Defense Freedom Awards.
