He played football under Woody Hayes and Earle Bruce at Ohio State and in three bowl games: the Gator Bowl, Rose Bowl, and Fiesta Bowl. He also competed in the 1989 World Championship of the Ironman Triathlon in Hawaii. Tom also has a wealth of leadership experience from his time as senior vice president of sales for Labatt USA and vice president of national accounts for Coors Brewing Company.
